Pet-Friendly Neighborhoods

Paducah’s walkable neighborhoods make exploring with four-legged friends easy and enjoyable. In Historic Downtown, Abbey and her family discovered the city’s famous floodwall murals and charming local shops before relaxing with outdoor dining on Market House Square. The Lower Town Arts District offered creative inspiration at art galleries and studios, while Midtown Paducah provided a hub of coffee culture, local dining, and neighborhood green spaces. Along the way, dog-friendly stops like Etcetera Coffeehouse, Paducah Beer Werks, and Dry Ground Brewing Company added to the experience.

Pet-Friendly Trails & Activities

Outdoor adventures were another highlight of Abbey’s trip. The Paducah Greenway Trail stretches more than five miles and connects the Riverfront to Noble Park. This trail provided the perfect setting for long walks, playtime along the water, and even meeting new canine companions. Carson Park in Midtown offered training and stabling facilities for equine travelers, while unique stops like the historic Steam Locomotive 1518 added to the photo-worthy fun.
