Paducah Recognized Among USA Today 10Best Destinations for Culture and Shopping

USA Today named Paducah a winner in two categories of the 2019 10Best Readers’ Choice Readers’ Choice travel award contest. Paducah finished sixth among destinations nominated for Best Small Town Cultural Scene and seventh among those nominated for Best Small Town for Shopping.

“The 10Best platform fosters digital ‘word of mouth’ recommendations, empowering travel experts, passionate locals and past visitors to promote places worth visiting,” says Mary Hammond, Executive Director of the Paducah Convention & Visitors Bureau. “Paducah’s ranking among the best small towns in the U.S. for both culture and shopping contributes to greater awareness of the diverse and authentic experiences our region has to offer.”

The 10Best Readers' Choice Award contest launches new categories weekly, revealing each category's 20 nominees chosen by a panel of relevant experts. After 4 weeks of voting, the contest closes and winners are revealed.
