Kara Gray-Watson has joined the Paducah Convention & Visitors Bureau as the newest member of the CVB sales and marketing team. Specializing in destination services, Gray will play a key role in the development of visitor information resources, partner relations and the delivery of the Paducah experience.
“Kara brings the right combination of personality, skill set and knowledge of the community to meet the fast-paced, multi-faceted nature of this position,” says Mary Hammond, Paducah CVB Executive Director. “Her work with ‘Breads of the Creative Cities’ exposed her to the many ways local and global partnerships may enhance quality of life in Paducah, and I believe she will be a valuable asset to our office and our community.”
Gray-Watson is a graduate of West Kentucky Community & Technical College with an Associate of Arts and studied history at Murray State University. She has held a variety of positions in hospitality and events locally and is a recipient of the Paducah Hospitality Association "Spirit of Hospitality" Award.
