  • Description Oldest standing structure in Paducah. The beautifully restored 2nd floor of the RDC overlooks the confluence of the Ohio and Tennessee Rivers. Painstaking effort went into preserving this historic downtown treasure and its evident in its original floors, window and door frames, fireplaces and elegant staircase. Two smaller rooms are complemented with period furnishings.
