Visible at Yeiser Art Center

Art has a way of bringing people together.

The exhibition VISIBLE invites you to immerse yourself in artwork from regional Black, Indigenous, and People of Color working in many mediums.

YAC staff and its board of directors saw the need for a platform for artists that might have been historically underrepresented in our area. This exhibition is in response to the recent anti-racism protests that have been held across the country.

The image featured is a sample of work from this exhibition enitiled Najjar by Tanya Gadbaw-Nietzke, oil on canvas.

Visible will feature work from the following artists:

Cora Sims, J Skrilla, Dale McReynolds, Willette DuPree, Tanya Chopra, Susan Boyd, Daryl Reeder, Jamie Strong, Lorenzo Swinton, Cheryiah Hill, Dujuan Thomas, Eriko Whittaker, Olasubomi Bashorun, Barry Noland, Desmond Lewis, DeSande R, Joanne Wong-Hammonds, Jess Brown, Najjar Abdul-Musawwir, Evita Lynne, & Kim Cooper
