Love jewelry? Love creating? Want to try something really unique? This is two-day workshop is the perfect class for beginners and those who would like to expand their jewelry-making skills. Participants will create a fine silver pendant using precious metal clay and a glass cabochon. This pendant features textured silver strips that secure the glass in the pendant. The pendant can be embellished with silver beads, cubic zircon crystals, and sculpted elements such as flowers or leaves. Participants will roll, texture, and manipulate the silver clay to create a pendant approximately the size of a quarter. After their pendants dry, artists will sand and polish them to get a lovely finish.

Precious Metal Clay (PMC 3) is a recycled silver product. It fires to Fine Silver (FS .999). Fee includes PMC3 clay, use of a basic tool kit, and one glass cabochon. All supplies included in workshop fee.
