Empty Bowls: A Covid Relief Fundraiser at

This year, even with all of the challenges of public safety, the Empty Bowls Project is finding a way...

“Extraordinary times call for extraordinary measures!”

This year has been different and the Community Kitchen has gone from serving 300 meals a day to well over 1000! The pandemic has affected every community but here, in Paducah, we respond with more caring, more compassion and more generosity. Our mission this year is to help restore the resources of the Community Kitchen with a special ‘drive-through’ edition of the Empty Bowls project.

We will still be at the Paducah-McCracken County Convention & Expo Center but this time in the parking lot! You’ll drive up, purchase your ticket and receive a pre-bagged “thank you” bowl. Included in the bag will be coupons and menus and surprises from all of the different restaurants who have been such great supporters of the Empty Bowls project in past years.

The purpose of this completely volunteer project is giving- but with a fun twist- so while you are in line we will have live music to entertain you, quilt murals to admire, and generally good energy to be a part of!
We are looking forward to seeing you there and thank you, in advance, for your extraordinary support of our community.

Details: Saturday, June 19th, 2021, noon to 3pm in the Paducah-McCracken County Convention & Expo Center parking lot.
Tickets: $15 or more, on site sales only this year.
