• Acting as a liaison between the planner and the host community for RFPs, site inspections and consultation.
• Facilitiation and assistance with volunteer ambassadors to oversee on-site registration, guide and inform guests.
• Marketing the destination to attendees via complimentary maps, destination information and videos to encourage attendance.
• Making connections to local political, education and business leaders and local media contacts.
• Fresh ideas to maximize opportunities for free-time, spouse programs and voluntourism.
• Assistance in the coordination of local transportation needs and informational resources.
