According to Fowler Black, Paducah history guru, tour guide extraordinaire and Director of Sales at the Paducah CVB, built heritage is a portal to discovery of Paducah's ever-evolving story.
"Our time-tested built landscape continues to tell us stories about who we are as Paducahans. Our walkable sidewalks and streets are the auditoriums in which our monument structures reveal their authentic chapters in Paducah's narrative. The atmosphere of our public space is vital in attracting people to a place and keeping people living in that place. Come to the auditorium with fresh eyes and ears to absorb generations of stories through architecture."
