Live Music & Entertainment

If it’s live entertainment that thrills your soul, then we’ve saved you a seat as one of our most honored guests. There have never been so many opportunities to indulge one’s creative spirit through theater, live music and literary readings. Paducah has a long love affair with the performing arts. Just over 50 years ago, the Market House Theatre opened its doors to invite visitors to share a laugh, shed some tears or be intrigued by the many theatrical productions they produce throughout the year. You can enjoy seasonal productions such as the River City Ghost Tours in the fall, or a festive holiday production in December.

Performing Arts

If you’re looking for a Broadway show or a concert performed by an award-winning musician, then the Carson Center’s calendar is filled with events that visitors will enjoy throughout the year. Some of our personal favorites include the Broadway Series, performances by the Paducah Symphony Orchestra, under the conduction of Maestro Raffaele Ponti, and a variety of live music performed by local musicians at one of Paducah’s popular night spots.
