PADUCAH, Ky. — A quilt artist will be launching her latest book in the western Kentucky city of Paducah, known for its National Quilt Museum and the American Quilter's Society show held there annually.
Rose Hughes' "Fast-Piece Applique" book launch will be Jan. 30 with a benefit trunk show following. Hughes will conduct workshops the following two days at prices ranging from $48 to $99.
The events are being held at Ephemera Paducah, an arts and crafts workshop center.
