  A creative culture abounds in Paducah.

High-quality, diverse art forms are illuminated by Paducah’s elegant sophistication and vibrant history. Visitors from across the globe marvel at the artistry of The National Quilt Museum Collection quilts and curated original themed exhibits. Guests to the LowerTown Arts District have the opportunity to participate in hands-on creative workshops with resident artists, hear personal stories of how they relocated to Paducah and enjoy a variety of objets d’art. Yeiser Art Center, located in the historic Market House, features quality works by established and emerging artists from across the globe. The nearby Maiden Alley Cinema hosts weekend viewings of independent and classic films as well as an international film festival each fall. Paducah’s engaging selection of cultural offerings in the performing arts includes the Paducah Symphony Orchestra, Market House Theatre, Clemens Fine Arts Center and the Carson Center.
