Ice Cream Factory At Riverplace

The Ice Cream Factory (open March 1 - October 31) serves premium ice cream made on sight using our personally tested recipes. Fresh fruit and toppings are used in our Made for Paducah specialty sundaes, including:

•  Floodwall Fling, Four Rivers Fudge: Fudge brownie, coffee ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, chocolate drizzle and a cherry
•  '37 Flood: Peanut butter ice cream, caramel topping, snickers, chocolate drizzle, whipped cream, peanuts
•  BananaTowboat: sliced banana, vanilla, chocolate and strawberry ice cream, pineapple topping, hot fudge, strawberry topping, whipped cream, nuts and a cherry

Our shakes and malts are hand dipped the old fashioned way.
