The 150th anniversary of the Battle of Paducah, March 25, 1864, will be commemorated as part of the Civil War Sesquicentennial this March at the Lloyd Tilghman House & Civil War Museum and McCracken County Library!

The 1852 Greek Revival home owned by the Sons of Confederate Veterans was once the residence of Gen. Lloyd Tilghman, CSA. Exhibits highlight Western Kentucky's pivotal role in the War Between the States. Open Tues.-Sat., Noon-4 PM, April-November and tours by appointment throughout the year.


The McCracken County Library is connecting people, ideas and cultures through programs and discussions including Evenings Upstairs, Discussions from Off the Shelf and Live at the Library.
